Mariners infielder Luis Urias has been diagnosed with a contusion after being hit by a 94 mph fastball last night. Urias’ X-rays were negative, and he’ll be considered day-to-day. Elsewhere on the injury front, right-hander Bryan Woo made his first minor league rehab appearance with Triple-A Tacoma and pitched three perfect innings. In Woo’s absence, Emerson Hancock has been in the rotation but could become the odd man out when Woo returns. Bryce Miller has impressed this year with a 1.85 ERA and 26.1% strikeout rate.
