Instead, a medical board from AIIMS will determine if he requires insulin. Despite his diabetic condition, the court allowed Kejriwal to receive home-cooked food that adheres to his prescribed diet. However, the jail authorities were reprimanded for permitting food items that deviated from the diet, including mangoes and sweets. The ED alleged that Kejriwal intentionally consumed these items to justify a bail request.
