These flats range from ₹ 1 crore to ₹ 7.58 crore and are located in various areas like Juhu, Goregaon, Mulund, Malad, Borivali, and Tardeo. This year, MHADA is offering High Income Group (HIG) flats with amenities like swimming pools, EV charging, and solar panels for the first time. Applications for the lottery opened on August 9 and close on September 4, with results announced on September 13.
