According to the New Jersey Department of Education, several high schools in the state have achieved impressive SAT scores in 2023. New Jersey 101.5 compiled an overall score for each school by combining their average math score with their average reading/writing score.
Millburn High School in Essex County emerged as the top performer outside of specialized high schools, with an average score of 1375 out of a perfect 1600. Monmouth County boasts three high schools in the top 10, showcasing the academic excellence within the county.
