The Supreme Court has taken a stern stance against Patanjali, slamming its founders Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna for their misleading advertisements. The court also criticized Patanjali’s printed apologies in 67 publications, deeming them too small and ineffective. Additionally, the court raised concerns about other FMCGs running misleading ads that target babies, children, and the elderly.
