Westervelt Ecological Services (WES) has secured federal approval for the Zacharias Ranch Mitigation Bank, a 580-acre project in southern Sacramento County, California. This bank will restore riparian and freshwater tidal marsh habitat along Snodgrass Slough in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, playing a vital role in the region’s ecological health and providing compensatory mitigation credits for various development projects.
