Charlie Puth’s Trousdale Estates Mansion Relists for $14 Million

Charlie Puth’s Beverly Hills mansion, known as “The de Cordova House,” has returned to the market for $14 million, a reduction of $3 million from its original listing price. The modernist home, designed by Rex Lotery in the 1960s, features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and 4,800 square feet of living space. Notable features include a wet bar-equipped great room, a gourmet kitchen, a primary suite with a spa-inspired bath, and a half-acre of grounds with a swimming pool, fire-pit, and outdoor entertainment areas. The property was initially listed in November 2022 for nearly $17 million but failed to find a buyer.
