Monumental Energy Corp. is expanding its operations in the Taranaki region of New Zealand, exploring potential oil and gas opportunities with New Zealand Energy Corp. (NZEC). The company plans to conduct site visits and due diligence on multiple opportunities, including farm-in on oil workover wells, royalty arrangements, exploration of new targets, and bids for new tender blocks. Monumental is also excited about NZEC’s upcoming drilling of the Tariki-5 gas well, which is expected to address the country’s gas shortage.
