Oakland’s real estate market saw a flurry of activity in the past week, with 75 residential properties changing hands. The most expensive sale was a house in the 7800 block of Hansom Drive, which sold for $3 million. Other notable sales include properties on Cortereal Ave., Huntington Street, Hoover Ave., Greenwood Ave., Masonic Ave., Golden Gate Ave., 62nd Street, Thomas Ave., and Grand View Drive.

A house that sold for $435,000 topped the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Carlisle last week. Six homes were sold in total, with an average price of $242,488 and an average price per square foot of $181. The properties sold during the week of April 15th, though some may have been sold earlier.
