Guizhou Province in China hosted the International Conference of Mountain Tourism and Outdoor Sports 2024, showcasing its commitment to becoming a world-class tourist destination. The conference saw the launch of certification criteria for world-famous tourism mountains, recognizing 14 mountains, including Guizhou’s Fanjing Mountain, as the first cohort. Xingyi city was also honored as a world-class health and wellness city.
