Alberta Municipalities Fear Intimidation and Silencing Under New Provincial Powers Bill

North Texas Municipal Elections: Early Voting and Bond Propositions

Early voting for North Texas municipal elections is underway until April 30, with Election Day on May 4. Voters will consider various bond propositions for cities across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Dallas’s $1.25 billion bond package. Additionally, elections for mayors, city council members, and school board members will be held. Voters can find sample ballots and information on voting locations on the respective county elections websites. In-person voting requires bringing a valid ID, while mail-in ballots are available to certain eligible voters, such as those unable to vote during early voting due to absence, illness, or disability.
