National Commission for Women (NCW) has been criticized for its silence on the allegations of sexual harassment against JD(S) MP and Hassan candidate Prajwal Revanna. Rajya Sabha MP Priyanka Chaturvedi expressed shock at the lack of response from NCW Chairperson Rekha Sharma, Union Minister Smriti Irani, and Home Minister Amit Shah. She questioned their alliance with Prajwal Revanna despite the serious allegations and asked about measures taken to prevent his escape from the country.
