A flash flood triggered by a cloudburst in Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu district has closed a stretch of the National Highway-3, impacting traffic between Dhundi and Palchan Bridge. While no casualties have been reported, the incident has caused damage to infrastructure and disrupted power supply in several areas. The state has experienced heavy rainfall in recent days, leading to a total of 49 rain-related deaths and significant financial losses.
