Jean-Pierre Marois, a former filmmaker turned hotelier, has transformed the iconic Les Bains Douches nightclub in Paris, often referred to as the “European Studio 54,” into a culture-filled five-star boutique hotel in the heart of the lively Marais neighborhood. Now, he has set his sights on a new project: transforming an existing hotel in the Camargue, an unusually unspoiled part of southern France, into a nature resort that pays homage to the region’s unique traditions and natural beauty.
