The Blazers tied with the Charlotte Hornets for the third-worst record in the league, resulting in both teams receiving a slightly lower chance (13.2% for Portland, 13.3% for Charlotte) to win the top pick. The Detroit Pistons and Washington Wizards, who finished with the two worst records, each have a 14% chance. The NBA Draft is scheduled to take place on June 27th.
