The Madras High Court has ordered a detailed investigation into the sexual harassment of school children at a fake NCC camp in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. The court has also directed the Krishnagiri district legal services authority to inspect the school and provide compensation to the victims’ families.
Ashok Kumar, the father of Sivaraman, who was arrested for allegedly running a fake NCC camp and sexually harassing schoolgirls in Krishnagiri, died in a motorcycle accident after losing control due to alcohol consumption. The incident occurred in Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri district.
Sivaraman, accused of raping and sexually harassing schoolgirls at a fake NCC camp in Krishnagiri, died on Friday after allegedly consuming rat poison and attempting suicide. He had been hospitalized in Salem following his attempt.
