Helicopter Hard Landing Incident in Tracy, California

A Bell 206 helicopter with two people on board experienced a hard landing in an orchard south of New Jerusalem Airport in Tracy on Tuesday. The incident occurred around 10:50 a.m. According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the two individuals aboard the helicopter escaped uninjured. The cause of the incident is still unknown. The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office classified it as a hard landing, and both the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are currently investigating the matter.
