The NSW Government has sought urgent legal advice to determine if bail laws need to be reformed, particularly in relation to domestic violence offenses, following the tragic murder of a young Forbes mother. Crown Advocate David Kell SC will provide advice on the decisions leading up to the alleged murder of Molly Ticehurst, including the granting of bail to her alleged killer, Daniel Billings. The advice will be delivered by the end of May.
