The Osmania University has released the notification for TS SET 2024, the Telangana State Eligibility Test, which determines eligibility for Assistant Professor and Lecturer roles. The exam will take place from August 28th to 31st, 2024, in CBT mode and will cover General Studies and 29 subjects. The online registration process is ongoing and will continue until June 2nd, 2024. Candidates with a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) are eligible to apply. There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the exam, and final-year Master’s students can also apply.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has started accepting online applications for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination II 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official one-time-registration portal at upsc.gov.in. The registration process is now open, i.e., May 15, 2024. The examination will fill a total of 459 vacancies in various wings of the Indian Armed Forces, including the Indian Military Academy (IMA) Dehradun, Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Air Force Academy (AFA) Hyderabad, and Officers Training Academy (OTA) Chennai, among others. Candidates should visit the official website of UPSC for detailed instructions and to complete the application process.
