Intensified Bombardment in Northern Gaza Forces Palestinian Civilians to Flee

As Israeli military operations continue in northern Gaza, Palestinian civilians are being forced to evacuate their homes due to intense shelling. The targeted areas include northern Gaza, parts of which were previously vacated by Israeli troops. The Israeli military has stated that it is targeting terrorist infrastructure and elements in the area. In the past 24 hours, 79 Palestinians have reportedly been killed and 86 injured. Residents in northern Gaza and Gaza City suburbs have reported heavy bombardment.

Baby Girl Born After Mother Dies in Israeli Airstrike

In a heartbreaking turn of events, a baby girl named Sabreen Jouda was born after her mother was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Rafah, Gaza. Sabreen’s mother, Sabreen al-Sakani, was 30 weeks pregnant when she was killed. Emergency responders performed an emergency cesarean section at the hospital where the bodies were taken, saving Sabreen’s life. Sabreen is now in the neonatal intensive care unit at the Emirati hospital, where she is fighting to survive. At least two-thirds of the more than 34,000 Palestinians killed in Gaza since the war began have been children and women.
