Delhi Police Constable Held for Arranging Resort for Paper Leak Candidates

The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) has apprehended a Delhi Police constable for arranging a resort in Haryana’s Gurugram where candidates gathered to read and solve question papers for the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Examination. The accused, identified as Vikram Pahal, was arrested near the Peripheral Expressway flyover in Baghpat. Pahal, a resident of Jind, Haryana, was recruited into the Delhi Police in 2010 and served for around 14 years before becoming involved in the paper leak racket. The accused, who was introduced to the ring through his childhood friend Nitin, was responsible for arranging the Nature Valley Resort at Manesar in Gurugram, where the candidates gathered. The resort’s owner, Satish Dhankad, was arrested earlier on March 21, and investigations into the involvement of another resort, Shiv Maha Shakti in Rewa, are ongoing. The arrests of Pahal and other key individuals, including Rajiv Nayan Mishra and Ravi Attri, have led to a total of over 400 arrests in connection with the paper leak scandal.
