RCMP are searching for the driver of a grey Chevrolet Orlando involved in a hit-and-run that left a pedestrian seriously injured in Parkland County. The incident occurred on Highway 16 near Range Road 35 early Monday morning. The pedestrian was crossing the highway when struck by the van, which then fled the scene without rendering aid. The victim was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries. RCMP have identified the suspect vehicle and are appealing to the public for information.
