The company’s pending acquisition of Qubitekk will further expand its patent portfolio to over 600.

This brings KU’s total number of patents granted to 22. Vice-Chancellor Prof Som Nath congratulated the research group and highlighted the university’s efforts to encourage research, including incentives, recognition, and assistance with patent filing. Prof Ramesh Kumar Mehta, an alumnus of KU, has been appointed as an honorary Professor of IPR & Technology Transfer to provide expertise and support to faculty members.
