Seegene, a leading South Korean provider of PCR molecular diagnostics, and Werfen, a global leader in specialized diagnostics, have finalized a partnership agreement to expand Seegene’s technology-sharing initiative. This collaboration will establish a NewCo in Spain, Werfen-Seegene, to develop and manufacture diagnostic products tailored to the European market, ultimately accelerating the initiative’s global reach.
