Amit Gupta, a managing director at Peak XV Partners, is leaving the firm to launch his own fund focused on secondary transactions. Gupta, who joined Peak XV in 2017, led the strategic development team and played a key role in assisting the firm’s portfolio companies with fundraising, M&A, and IPOs. His departure marks the first senior-level exit at Peak XV since its split from TPG in June 2023.
