Asus has released an update that brings AMD Fluid Motion Frames (AFMF) to the ROG Ally iGPU. This feature, similar to NVIDIA’s DLSS 3, aims to boost frame generation performance. AFMF is built into the driver, eliminating the need for game developers to add support. Performance benefits with AFMF enabled are currently unknown as the update is still rolling out. AMD recommends using AFMF in games where you are already achieving 60 fps, but it will work on any game regardless of frame rate.
