Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has opened a temporary second location of his popular plant-based eatery, abcV, in New York City. The new pop-up is located on the sidewalk of The Mark Hotel, a short walk from Central Park. It serves lunch and dinner and will remain open until the end of the summer season.
