The body of a 32-year-old man was found outside in a mixed commercial and residential neighborhood in Port Richmond, Staten Island. The man was lying face up on the ground with signs of trauma on his forehead. Police are trying to determine exactly how the man was injured and if foul play was involved. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
