Alaska Airlines has reintroduced hot meals to its Main Cabin retail menu, powered by its leading pre-order program. Guests in Premium Class and Main Cabin on most flights over 1,100 miles can now select from up to five chef-designed dishes, including at least one hot meal. The new menu is the result of collaboration between Alaska Airlines’ Food & Beverage teams and renowned Chef Tony Wright. Prior to the launch, Alaska Airlines employees sampled the new meal options and provided positive feedback. The hot meals are exclusively available through pre-order and are all priced between $8 and $11.50.
