Sabre Hospitality and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts have announced the continuation of their partnership through a multi-year agreement. This agreement follows Wyndham’s successful implementation of Sabre’s SynXis Property Hub, a property management system (PMS) that enhances operational efficiency and provides cloud-based access for remote property management. Over 5,000 Wyndham hotels have transitioned to the SynXis Property Hub, with 550 in a single month, nearly a year ahead of schedule. Wyndham has experienced immediate benefits from the migration, including decreased service desk interactions by 50%, increased room availability by 15%, and streamlined reservation processes.
