Brothers transform one-bedroom London flat, but viewers unimpressed by ‘naff’ refurbishment

A one-bedroom London flat that was purchased for over double its guide price of £195,000 has been transformed by two property developer brothers, but viewers of Homes Under The Hammer were left unimpressed by the renovation. The flat, which had been empty for two years and was in a ‘grim’ state, has been completely renovated and is now estimated to be worth up to £1 million. However, viewers took to social media to criticize the ‘naff’ refurbishment, with one person calling it ‘one of the most naff refurbishments I’ve ever seen!’
