India Weather Alert: Red Alert for Rainfall in Several States, Heavy Showers Expected in North and South

An orange alert for heavy showers has been issued for Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, and other northern states. The IMD has also predicted heavy rainfall in parts of South India, including Gujarat, Goa, Maharashtra, and Kerala, over the next few days.

Tamil Nadu is also facing above-normal temperatures, with heatwave conditions expected to continue until May 9.
