Hunt Energy Enterprises’ ACT-ion Battery Technologies has been recognized with an R&D 100 Award for its innovative Hydro4Crystal platform, a continuous process for producing high-performance single crystal cathode active materials (CAMs) for lithium-ion batteries. This technology, developed in collaboration with Argonne National Laboratory, aims to improve battery performance and enhance US competitiveness in electric vehicles and energy storage.
