Waterton Canyon, a popular recreation spot near Denver, Colorado, will be closed on weekdays for two weeks, from Monday, April 29, through Friday, May 10. The closure will allow Denver Water to conduct its annual dust mitigation project, which aims to improve the experience for hikers, bikers, and runners throughout the summer. Waterton Canyon will remain open on Saturday, May 4, and Sunday, May 5, for weekend recreation.
