The suspect’s proper identification revealed that she violated certain conditions, and a search warrant at a hotel room resulted in the recovery of the stolen items. The accused, Steven Blaine Pascal (45), Kenneth Robert Raymond Pascal (37), Raelene Delorme Starr (34), and Kailee Dawn Eger (33), have been charged with robbery, while Starr faces additional charges of obstruction and non-compliance. They made their first court appearances on Monday morning.
