A contemporary steakhouse called Park Place Prime is opening soon at Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, replacing Guy Fieri’s Chophouse. The new steakhouse is part of a $100 million renovation project at Bally’s, which will bring new restaurants, shopping, and amenities to the property. Park Place Prime will feature hand-cut prime steaks and outstanding seafood options, along with a warm and sophisticated ambiance created by rich, dark wood, brass accents, and custom-made crystal chandeliers.

A project to renovate and redevelop three historic buildings in Springfield, including the iconic Clock Tower, is set to begin next year. The project includes apartments and retail space, and it is expected to be completed by 2026. McCaffery Interests Inc., a Chicago-based firm, has been named the preferred developer for the project.
