Repolling Underway in Rajasthan’s Dudhwa Khurd Over Bogus Voting Allegations

Repolling commenced on May 8 at the Dudhwa Khurd polling station in Rajasthan’s Barmer Lok Sabha constituency after reports of confidentiality breaches. Videos surfaced on social media showing fraudulent voting and suppression of voters’ rights. Consequently, the Barmer District Election Officer suspended four polling team members. In response to the allegations, repolling will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the affected polling center, with all necessary arrangements in place for a fair and transparent process.

Repolling Underway at Eight Polling Stations in Arunachal Pradesh Assembly Constituencies

Repolling is taking place at eight polling stations across four assembly constituencies in Arunachal Pradesh due to reports of violence and damage to electronic voting machines (EVMs) during the simultaneous Lok Sabha and assembly elections on April 19. Elaborate security arrangements have been made, including the deployment of police superintendents and paramilitary forces, to ensure the smooth conduct of the repolling.
