The proposed law targets outdoor tables from 12:30 AM on weekdays and 1:30 AM on weekends between May and November in specific areas of the city. Similar to a failed attempt in 2013, the proposal aims to strike a balance between nightlife and tranquility. However, residents have until early May to appeal and suggest changes to the law.
