Top NYC Restaurants Join Forces with Mill to Combat Food Waste During ‘Make Food, Not Waste Restaurant Week’

From September 30th to October 6th, participating restaurants will commit to zero food waste and create special no-waste dishes. The event highlights Mill’s mission to combat food waste and promotes its innovative food recycler as a solution for the city’s growing composting program.
