The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed the first supplementary charge sheet in the land for job scam case, naming RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and 10 others. The charge sheet, containing 96 documents, was submitted to the Rouse Avenue Court on Tuesday. The court has scheduled the next hearing for August 13 to check the charge sheet and documents.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s interim bail plea seeking seven days of medical leave in the ongoing Excise Policy money laundering case has been dismissed by the Rouse Avenue Court. The court has ordered authorities to conduct necessary medical tests. Meanwhile, Kejriwal’s judicial custody has been extended till June 19. The Rouse Avenue Court also extended the judicial custody of AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal till June 19.
The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has extended the judicial custody of BRS leader in connection with the Delhi Liquor Excise Case. She was produced before the court at the end of her previous judicial custody period.
