The Royal Caribbean Group is kicking off the 2024 Alaska cruise season with the inaugural voyages of two revolutionary vessels, Silversea’s Silver Nova and Celebrity Cruises’ Celebrity Edge. The Silver Nova, a fresh architectural design with 270-degree panoramic views, will make its debut in Ketchikan on May 11, while the Celebrity Edge, an innovative vessel known for its outward-facing layout, will arrive in Juneau on May 13. The cruise season will run until September 2024, with the Royal Caribbean Group enhancing its SEA the Future initiative to protect the environment, energize local communities, and support innovation in the region.
