Spanish basketball veteran Rudy Fernandez has etched his name in Olympic history by becoming the first male player to compete in six Olympic Games. The 39-year-old achieved this milestone during Spain’s opening match against Australia in Paris. Fernandez joins Diana Taurasi, who will become the first female basketball player to compete in six Olympics when the U.S. women’s team faces Japan on Monday.
