Ivan Fedotov Signs Two-Year Contract with Flyers

Russian goaltender Ivan Fedotov has signed a two-year, $6.5 million contract with the Philadelphia Flyers. The 27-year-old made his NHL debut with the Flyers this month after a complicated journey that began nine years ago. Fedotov was initially drafted by the Flyers in 2015 but was unable to join the team until this season after his contract with CSKA Moscow was terminated. He went 0-1-1 with a 4.95 GAA and a .811 save percentage in three games with Philadelphia. In the KHL, Fedotov had a 2.37 GAA and a .914 save percentage in 44 games.
