The incident took place near the 10000 block of 46th Street northeast at approximately 12:30 a.m. after a dispute between several individuals escalated. The pedestrian was standing on the road when he was struck by a newer-model Jeep driven by another man in his 20s. The impact knocked the victim to the ground and dragged him a short distance.
