Two construction workers were injured in a structure collapse in Salt Lake City on Monday afternoon. The structure, a detached shed/garage under construction, tipped and collapsed around 3 p.m., striking one worker and trapping another underneath. Firefighters were able to rescue the trapped worker and both men were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

A 41-year-old man has passed away after being struck by a car while riding an electric scooter in the Fairpark neighborhood of Salt Lake City.
