Redwood City police have apprehended a man believed to have stolen a wedding dress from a porch on Adams Street on April 11th. The dress was later recovered by a helpful citizen and returned to the bride. The suspect, identified as 65-year-old Henry Fonseca of Redwood City, was booked into the San Mateo County Jail for grand theft. Police received crucial tips that led to Fonseca’s arrest after circulating a photo of the thief.
