Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge, and party leader Rahul Gandhi are all set to hold rallies and roadshows in various states ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Mr. Modi will be in Mumbai on May 15 for campaign rallies and a roadshow, while Mr. Shah will campaign in Odisha and Cuttack on May 20. Mr. Gandhi will address a public gathering and participate in a bike rally in Balangir on May 20, while Mr. Kharge will address an election meeting at Phulbani on the same day. Karnataka Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar will visit Rae Bareli to campaign for Mr. Gandhi, while Mr. Kharge and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav will address a press conference in Lucknow on May 15. PM Modi filed his nomination from the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat earlier on Tuesday, while the Congress announced several meetings in New Delhi as part of its outreach before the city goes to polls on May 25.
