Grammy-nominated DJ and producer Porter Robinson is embarking on a massive “SMILE! :D” world tour spanning three continents, with over 30 North American cities, as well as stops in Europe and Asia. During the tour, Robinson will debut a new live production featuring a full band, alongside opening acts like ericdoa, underscores, and Galileo Galilei in different regions. Ticket presales begin on April 30, with general sales opening on May 3.

Accompanying the album announcement, Robinson unveils the infectious new single ‘Knock Yourself Out XD’, following the previously released ‘Cheerleader’. ‘Knock Yourself Out XD’ showcases Robinson’s transition into a pop-oriented style, with its euphoric lyrics and energetic rhythm. The album follows Robinson’s critically acclaimed 2021 release, ‘Nurture’, which explored themes of hope and mental health. In an interview with NME, Robinson expressed his fears of not being able to create music again, emphasizing the importance of the album’s hopeful and uplifting tone. Additionally, Robinson has contributed to Daft Punk’s upcoming book ‘After Daft’.
