Manchester City is expanding the North Stand of their stadium as part of a comprehensive regeneration plan. The expansion aims to increase the stadium’s capacity to almost 62,000, improve the atmosphere, and boost matchday revenue. The project also includes a revamped City Square, a hotel, and various entertainment venues, transforming the area into a sports entertainment and leisure district. The expansion is expected to be ready for the start of the 2025/26 season.
