Bengals Frustrated with Hamilton County Over Paycor Stadium Lease Negotiations

The Cincinnati Bengals are growing impatient with the pace of negotiations with Hamilton County over a lease extension for Paycor Stadium. Despite the county’s commitment to $39 million in repairs and renovations, the Bengals are seeking a significantly larger investment of $300 million. The team’s attorney has expressed concerns about the lack of progress and uncertainty surrounding the county’s intentions. The Bengals have until June 2025 to decide whether to exercise the first of five two-year extensions of the lease, after which they could become eligible for relocation.
